Our beef short ribs are one of the most versatile cuts available. These fatty, unctuous ribs include 2 rib bones padded with gorgeous grass-fed fat. Delicious on the bbq or slowly cooked with low heat.

SMALL - Frozen packages weigh between .80 lbs -.89 lbs.
MEDIUM - Frozen packages weigh between 1.45 lbs -1.55 lbs.
