This easy to make and delicious dessert comes courtesy of CSA member MaryBeth. You can substitute any fruit (for example strawberries or raspberries) and using plain or vanilla yogurt instead of blueberry works well too!
In her words, it's perfect for those last minute guests as," It can be pulled together in minutes using a store bought pie crust and thawed True Whip topping from the freezer section." Thanks MaryBeth for sharing this recipe to use with our lemon curd!
Ingredients
- 8" or 9" pie crust (graham cracker or shortbread)
- 2 individual containers of your favorite blueberry yogurt;
- 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen local blueberries;
- Approximately 2 cups whipped cream
