Our grass-fed NY Sirloin steaks have a well-defined grain and gorgeous rind of fat making them our favorite to cook for a crowd. A forgiving steak to cook, it can be broiled or grilled with ease.
Available sizes are between 1.51- 1.59 lbs and priced at $18/lb
