Our chickens are pasture-raised and supplemented with an organic grain diet. Chicken backs are excellent for making broth or chicken soup with ample white meat to be picked. Each package contains 3-4 frozen backs.
We roast our chicken backs before making broth so if a full package feels too big, thaw the package, roast, and then refreeze the cooked backs for future broth.
