Our delicious chicken liver pate is made with our own organic, pasture-raised chicken liver, garlic, shallots, cognac, sea salt, chives, tarragon, and parsley. Topped with a layer of organic clarified butter (ghee). 

Our pate is gluten-free and is processed and packed by Mid-coast Hunger Prevention Program. Each 6 oz container is FROZEN. Serve at room temperature.
