Our 100% grass-fed lambs spend their summer days grazing away on pasture. To honor them, we strive to use the whole animal including their bones. 

Packages contain 1-2 different lamb stock bones - joint, neck or rib bones for a total weight between 3.5-4.5 lbs. 

We love to roast lamb bones first then combine with onions, garlic and herbs for a rich hearty broth. Lamb bones do include a fair amount of meat and are ideal for lamb barley soup.
