Our rosemary sausage can be described as, " quietly addictive." Perfect for meatballs, shepherd's pie, or in place of your favorite breakfast sausage. This is a loose sausage (no casing or links). Each frozen package weighs 1 lb.
This loose sausage is made with ground lamb and a custom spice mix from Gryffon Ridge Spice Merchants. Ingredients include: salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic granules.
